LEADERSHIP EDUCATION FOR ASIAN PACIFICS (LEAP)
An intensive 4-day experience, the Leadership Development Program in Higher Education (LDPHE) enhances the professional development of Asian and Pacific Islanders (APIs) and prepares college/university administrators, faculty, and staff to move into leadership positions and to take on positions of greater visibility and influence on their campuses.
The AFSA has provided the funding to the participant(s) to attend the program every year.
