Current University Plans
The Strategic Plan, Academic Plan and Campus Master Plan are the foundation supporting California State University, Fresno’s goals and direction.
The Strategic Plan is led by the President and guided by the Strategic Planning Committee. The committee includes faculty, administrators and leaders of campus governance groups as well as staff representing collective bargaining units.
The Academic Plan, developed in conjunction with the Strategic Plan, is led by the Provost and was developed with faculty feedback. Its primary goals are incorporated into the Strategic Plan to assure that university-wide planning is heavily influenced by academic goals.
The Campus Master Plan, led by the VP for Administration and Chief Financial Officer and supported by the Campus Master Plan Coordinating Committee with extensive campus and community feedback, lays out a 10-year physical facilities development program designed to support strategic and academic goals.
