Welcome to Workability IV
Established in 2003, the Workability IV Program (WAIV) is a specialized program at California State University, Fresno that provides enhanced career services for students and alumni with disabilities who are registered consumer of California Department of Rehabilitation.
California Department of Education implemented Workability IV programs in 1992, to assist persons with disabilities who are both university students and Department of Rehabilitation clients in transition from school to work.
To empower students with disabilities to achieve independence with the tools they need to successfully enter the working world and advance when they want. To provide the employer with a reliable service that will make sure our referrals are a good match and to provide support with accommodations, general questions about our referrals, and any other way we can help.
