Chair's Welcome
Welcome to the Educational Research and Administration department. The ERA faculty are committed to offering the most professional and stimulating program in educational leadership possible. The program has been recently accredited by NCATE and the CCTC and has received accolades from district leadership in the surrounding areas.
The program aims to provide students with instructional leadership content knowledge, transformational leadership skills, theoretical background for practice, and research skills to be able to identify valid best-practices. Students who graduate with a Master’s degree and credential are highly sought educational leaders at school sites, in district offices, and in higher education.
