Dr. Virginia "Ginny" Boris

Dr. Virginia “Ginny” Boris serves as a Co-Director of the Welty Center, and teaches at the master's and doctoral level in the Kremen School of Education and Human Development. Boris launched the BCII Project after she reached out to Elmore and SERP in October 2012.

 

 

Linda Hauser ImageDr. Linda Hauser, Associate Professor, serves as the Department Chairperson for the Department of Educational Leadership in the Kremen School of Education at Fresno State University. She has perfected a highly-successful peer observation program based on Elmore's Instructional Rounds program.

 

 

Marc Johnson

Marc Johnson, Co-Director, Welty Center was named AASA’s National Superintendent of the Year for 2012, a well-deserved honor acknowledging his service as the Superintendent of Sanger Unified School District.  Under his guidance, Sanger USD was recognized for its excellence moving over ten under-performing schools from Program Improvement to awards for excellence. 

 

Dr. Mabel Franks

Dr. Mabel Franks, instructs aspiring administrator in the masters program at Fresno State University, creates and teaches on-line Fresno Pacific University CPD courses, supports the Restorative Justice initiatives, coordinates Welty events and holds leadership workshops, valley-wide.
