Greetings from the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at Fresno State!

As I write this, we are celebrating National Ag Day here on campus. Please accept my sincere and deepest appreciation for each of you in the agriculture industry.

As you know, my academic discipline is human nutrition, so I should also mention that March is National Nutrition Month. When some people seem puzzled by the connection between nutrition and agriculture, I find it very simple to explain by this corollary
