We are doing everything we can to ensure that this will be a safe and fun experience for both students and staff and we will continue to update this webpage as the situation evolves. Thank you for your patience.
The Summer Kids Ag Camp is hosted by the Jordan College’s Institute for Food and Agriculture. Lead by Fresno State agricultural students, 30 local youth ages 7 – 11 years old, will have the opportunity to visit the diverse 1,000 acre Fresno State farm and experience a variety of farm activities. Each youth may sign up for only one session. For camp specific inquiries, please email email@example.com.
Children will learn about food production and all of the amazing things that go into growing crops from a seed to harvest. Camp includes many hands-on activities and nature based crafts and they are guaranteed to have fun, learn a lot, and be dirty at the end of the day!
The camp is seeking sponsors who will be recognized on signage at the horticulture unit where the children are welcomed at camp each day. Sponsor logos will also be added to the backpacks and other materials provided to the camp participants. (Sponsor gifts starting at $500 on up can be made payable to the Fresno State Foundation).
