Culinology Option

Culinology ® is a new and exciting field involving a blend of culinary arts and food science. Culinologists will shape the future of research and development in the food industry by combining the artistic abilities of culinary arts with the scientific expertise of food science.

Food Technology Option

The Food Science Option of the Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences is an approved program that prepares students for a wide range of professions in the food industry, the largest single industry in the United States.

Dietetics Option

The Dietetics Option of the Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences is an accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics that provides a wide range of learning experiences related to general nutrition, community nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, foods, and food service management.

Nutritional Science Option

The Nutritional Science Option of the Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences explores the experimental metabolism of nutrients and the interaction of genetic background, dietary intake, and related metabolic disorders.
