New Academic Program

Minor in Organic Production Systems

Fresno State agriculture is growing its academic programs to offer students the opportunity to pursue the first-of-its kind minor in Organic Production Systems with the addition of a dedicated professor in soil microbiology.  

This newly created faculty position will allow the Department of Plant Science in the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology to dedicate expertise, add course offerings, and increase research and outreach focused on providing the knowledge and skills necessary for a growing workforce in organic production systems.
