John O'Rourke

Upon graduation, he started RJO Produce Marketing with his brother Rob.  He is very proud of their successful Bird Dog Internship Program that has allowed Fresno State agriculture students an opportunity to gain real life experience in the produce business for the last two decades.

David Sieperda

David is a 1991 Jordan College graduate with a degree in Plant Science.  He is currently the farm manager for Trinitas Farm Management based in Oakdale.  Previously, he was the farm manager for the University Agricultural Laboratory at Fresno State.  Prior to Fresno State, he’d managed for Stahlbush Island Farms in Corvallis, Oregon as well as Llano Seco Ranch in Chico. Earlier in his career he was an agronomist and assistant manager for Meyers Farming in Firebaugh.  His experience runs from beef and pork production to fruit, vegetable and tree nuts.

She is currently the Vice President, Agri-Business Relationship Officer at Central Valley Community Bank.  Her volunteer activities have included Common Threads, Valley Small Business Development Corporation, Kerman Covenant Church, Rescue the Children and Ag Lenders Society.

Larry Isheim

Larry was raised on a raisin grape farm in the Biola-Kerman area.  After high school, he attended Fresno City College majoring in Industrial Arts.  “Work hard and lead by example” was instilled in him by his parents, so working in the vineyards after school, summers and part-time while attending college was the norm.  Larry has worked for several irrigation companies and is a pioneer in permanent underground irrigation systems. He is a co-founder of Cal West Rain, established in 1989. Larry is a past board member for the Center for Irrigation Technology at Fresno State and currently a member of the International Irrigation Association.

Jim Razor

Boswell Company as an agronomist that same year.  His current position as Processing Manager gives him the opportunity to oversee the ginning, oil mill and seed departments, as well as cotton and tomato processing.  Jim also serves as a director for the boards of Phytogen Seed Company, California Cotton Ginners and Growers Association, Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District, Corcoran Community Foundation and the Recreation Association of Corcoran.
