Dr. Rocca's Bio
Rocca grew up near the small community of Easton where he attended
Washington Union High School.
After graduating in 1990, he entered
California State University, Fresno where he completed his Bachelors of
Science degree in agricultural education in 1995 and after completing
his credential coursework and student teaching at Sierra Joint Union
High School he received his teaching certification in 1996.
Dr. Rocca accepted a position to teach agriculture at Washington Union, his alma mater. Over a five year period, he had the opportunity to restructure and expand the agriculture program from a single teacher program to a four teacher department. While teaching, Dr. Rocca also completed his Masters of Science degree in Agricultural Education at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2000.
His success at the high school level opened the door for a position at California State University, Fresno, where in January 2001, he accepted a lectureship in Agricultural Education. Dr. Rocca's career interests in higher education led him to the University of Florida where he completed his Doctorate of Agricultural Education in 2005. After completing his doctoral studies, he accepted his current position as Assistant Professor of Agricultural Education at California State University, Fresno. In August of 2005, he began teaching undergraduate courses in agricultural education, coordinating outreach activities and the College's Ambassador program, and co-advising the student organizations responsible for the State FFA Leadership Conference and the College's FFA Field Day and State Finals Career Development Events.

Mr. Tebeau's Bio
Frank Tebeau was born and raised in Visalia and graduated from Mt. Whitney High School as well as College of the Sequoias (Associate of Science, Animal Science). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Fresno State University (Animal Science) and his Certified Teaching Credential (Ag Education) from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Mr. Tebeau accepted a tenured faculty position at College of the Sequoias in 1997. He is currently the Department head of Ag Tech and Certified Welding. In his prior experience, he taught animal science for the college. He is in charge of the activities of the COS Agriculture Ambassadors and Faculty Advisor for the COS student Ag Mechanics Club. Mr. Tebeau began his teaching career at Washington Union High School in Fresno and spent nine years at Mt. Whitney High School in Visalia before joining COS faculty.
While at COS, he has served on many campus committees, including the COS Agriculture Advisory Committee, Institutional Planning Committee, two terms as the Department Chair of Agriculture and Chair of the college Curriculum Committee. In addition, he has held a number of officer positions in the California Agriculture Teachers Association and serves on many area high school agriculture Advisory Committees.
