President's Graduate Scholars 2004-2005
Each spring, President Welty awards two scholarships to incoming
graduate students in the amount of $3,500. Congratulations to this
year's new recipients: Sarah McCord of Clovis (Kinesiology)
and Michelle Davison of Lodi (Biology).
This two-year fellowship (with the second year contingent upon
satisfactory progress in the first year), is for first-semester
master's or doctoral students. Each program may nominate one fall
applicant. The program supports students who show potential for
excellence in scholarship at the graduate level. |
