NOTES: Roud lists this as a version of Brian O'Lynn (Tom Boleyn), but the only similarity I can see is a series of stumbling adventures ending with the main character (in this case, Dick) making a comment. Palmer thinks it's a version of "Tom Pearce (Widdicombe Fair I)." That's closer, but the details are so different that I split the songs. - RBW
