Learning for Excellence And Development (LEAD) is a new initiative on the Fresno State Campus, supported by the President’s Cabinet through its Strategic Planning Priorities of "Developing Our University Community” in the Strategic Plan for Excellence IV: 2011-2015.
The objective of LEAD is to provide the whole university with a comprehensive professional development program to enhance knowledge and core competencies through knowledge and skills enhancement in five learning tracks (listed below). Specific information for each track can be found by selecting any of the follwing links:
Track 1: Technology Development
Track 3: Essentials for Managers, Chairs and Work Leads
Track 4: Navigating Though Fresno State
Most workshops are interactive and will engage participants
in a variety of learning styles including presentations, case
studies and discussion. A combination of external professionals
and seasoned University content experts will facilitate the
workshops.
