Learning and Development

California State University, Fresno is committed to developing our employees, by providing training and development opportunities that will help them to achieve their full potential, enhance their professional skills, develop their efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace, and empower them by increasing their impact on campus.

Learning and Development conducts and offers skills-based courses and workshops; personal and professional development opportunities through The Source (the CSU Systemwide Professional Development); and customized programs to meet campus needs on specific topics such as Preventing Harassment in the Workplace and the Respectful Workplace.

This website is designed to provide faculty, staff and managers with a "one-stop" point of access to all departments who provide programs, workshops and courses on campus. It also serves the campus by providing a "one-stop" place to go to find information related to common administrative services such as travel, absence reporting, benefits orientation, and how to locate what you need as a new university member.
