Energy Engineering Research

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Energy Engineering Research Group (E2RG) at Fresno State's Lyles College of Engineering is to seek out solutions to local, state, national and global energy challenges through strategic collaborations with industry, academia and government agencies.

Through its continued commitment to perform innovative research and development, E2RG accomplishes its mission through identification, analysis, and solving problems related to energy, environmental and economic sustainability. The group brings in interdisciplinary students and faculty across the Fresno State campus as well as industry and government experts to foster education and conduct energy research.

Objectives:

  • Identify, model, analyze and solve energy problems and challenges towards enhancing faculty research and scholarship
