MESA Student Enrollment Application
You are now able to enroll in MESA for the 2021-2022 school year through the MESA Database!
For New Students:
New students need to go to “Create an Account & Enroll for 2021-2022” and enter their information in the first page. Once they have created a username and password have them click on “next”. It is important that they fill in the their school and basic information address. If they do not they will not be allowed to go back in and edit profile and you will not be able to update account either because there is no school affiliated with the student. Once the student has completed their enrollment on database they will need to get a Parent Authorization form (PAF) signed by their parents as well as the student must sign. A copy of the parent authorization form MUST be sent to our office, once we receive PAF and all information is entered in the database we will accept student as being completed in the MESA Database and the student will be able to participate in MESA events.
For Returning Students:
Returning students will need to remember the username and password they created in the previous year. They DO NOT NEED TO CLICK ON “Create an Account & Enroll for 2021-2022”. The students will need to login using their username and password. Once they login they will update their account. Once they have updated their information they will need to get a Parent Authorization Form (PAF) signed by their parents as well as the student. A copy of the parent authorization form MUST be sent to our office, once we receive PAF and all information is entered in the database we will accept student as being completed in the MESA Database and the student will be able to participate in MESA events.
MESA Students will need to complete and submit a parent authorization form to our office. Once we receive this form, we can activate your online account and you will be officially enrolled for 2021-2022.
Please be sure to keep your account information, including your username and password, in a safe place, since you will need to use this to sign up for events throughout the year! Remember, to be eligible to participate in any of the Fresno State MESA events, field trips, Saturday Academies, MESA Day Competitions, etc., you must complete the online MESA student enrollment application (including listing all of your current courses) and submit a signed parent authorization form to our office.
