Housing Authorities City and County of Fresno
The Housing Authority is a combined agency for both the City and County of Fresno. This site provides a significant amount of information about these opportunities. Housing workshops are offered periodically.
Foreclosure Prevention/Loss Mitigation Workshop
The focus of the workshop is to educate struggling homeowners on resolving difficult loan situations and avoiding foreclosure. The workshop requires families to bring documentation of their income, expenses, debts, mortgage loan, and prepares them to effectively work 1:1 with a housing counselor, and ultimately with their lender.
Classes are offered on Wednesdays at 5:30pm - 8:00pm.
