Travel

Non-local attendees must make and pay for their own travel arrangements. Travel costs ($500 maximum) will ONLY be reimbursed for those who are traveling from outside of the San Francisco Area (50 miles beyond the San Francisco Metropolitan Area). This includes cost for airfare, train fare, rental fees and mileage for personal vehicle (excludes tips). Plane and train receipts and ticket stubs (to San Francisco) will be required for the travel reimbursement and will be collected at the conference registration booths.

Unfortunately, reimbursements are only for travel fees and will not cover food while in transit. A limited number of meals will be provided during conference which will be posted to the agenda. In addition, travel and rental car insurance is not allowed to be reimbursed due to CSU system policies.

All reimbursements will not be processed until travel has occurred.
