You are cordially invited to join the Department of Mathematics Day (DMD) on Friday, November 17th for a day of student presentations, games, a talent show and general merriment aimed at strengthening our campus and academic community. Students will talk about intriguing mathematics related problems between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., a social will take place between 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., lunch 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., we'll play board games between 1:00 - 2:45 p.m., and there will be a gala fest from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m., including a Math Jeopardy game and a talent show.

The event is open to all, and we would very much appreciate if you could stop by, mingle with our students and faculty, and participate in any of the ongoing games/events. We hope that this event will help us transcend our traditional campus roles, and instead will feature the participants as campus citizens, enjoying a day of scholarly and recreational interaction.
