Admission to the program is competitive. Students should apply early for full consideration and to be considered for scholarships. Students are required to complete a University application and an online program application before the application deadline. Application deadlines may differ for domestic and international students, because the review of international application materials requires more time. All application materials must be received before the deadline and before an application is reviewed. Application materials include: all undergraduate transcripts, letters (see below), official test scores, and University and program applications.

Directions for the TWO STEP Application Process

Please note that there are some differences in application procedures for Domestic and International Students. Please read the entire instructions.

Step 1:

Apply to California State University, Fresno: online through Cal State Apply: www2.calstate.edu/apply

Please note that the application is different for domestic and international students. Fill out all necessary questions and information on the application. This application is for admission to the University.

Domestic students please submit your transcripts, GRE scores, and any other documents requested in the application in the University graduate application to:
