Physical Fitness Training 

No Credit hours, 1 hr in length, must attend at least 80 percent of sessions throughout entire semester. Offered twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 0630 - 0730

  • Fitness Assessment is four events: Abdominal circumference measure, 1 min push-ups, & 1.5-mile run 
  • Scoring based on gender/age with minimum component: 75 points to pass
  • All cadets must attempt the Fitness Assessment at least once each semester
