The SAFE- Central Valley Coalition greatly appreciates the support of private donors and foundations, public agencies and corporations. Your support furthers our efforts to reduce falls among older adults by raising awareness, establishing a network of services and advocating on their behalf. Most importantly, your support will further align the SAFE- Central Valley Coalition with its mission.
SAFE- Central Valley, A Consortium with The California State University, Fresno Foundation, is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and your donations are tax-deductible. We strive to use all donations effectively and efficiently.

Additional Ways To Make A Difference
Estate and Legacy Planned Giving – if you wish to include the SAFE- Central Valley Coalition in your will, your attorney
should include “CSU Fresno Foundation, Memo: "SAFE” as the legally described beneficiary.
Our Federal tax ID Number: 94-6003272.
Gifts of Property – this could include real property including houses, condominiums, apartments, commercial
or industrial property and vacant land. Personal property can include artwork, jewelry,
vehicles, boats, aircraft. The fair market value of these donations is deductible.
Gifts of Stock - it can be advantageous to contribute stocks in publicly traded companies as the full market value of such stocks can usually be deducted from the donor taxes.
Sponsorships - provide naming opportunities for corporations, groups and individual participation.
- Sponsor an older adult at risk for falling- SAFE offers balance screenings and FallProof™ balance retraining classes to interested older adults. We are looking for sponsors for individual screenings and/or classes as well as all-day balance screenings or a 12-week FallProof™ class.
- Fall Prevention Week Activities- every first day of Fall is national Fall Prevention Awareness Day.
