Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program is a one-year post-master's program designed to prepare primary care nurse practitioners (FNP, PNP, AGNP) to provide a full range of psychiatric services to patients throughout the life cycle. This program is currently seeking accreditation with CCNE with a site visit scheduled for September 2019.
The post-graduate APRN certificate program at California State University, Fresno is pursuing initial accreditation by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org). Applying for accreditation does not guarantee that accreditation will be granted.
