Joanne Pritchard received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2005. She has worked in Public Child Welfare since 2000 as a Social Worker, Social Work Supervisor, Curriculum Developer, and Trainer. She has been a leader and development partner on statewide implementation projects such as Common Core 3.0, Supervisor Core, Safety Organized Practice, and Child and Family Teams. She is passionate about child-centered, family-focused best practices in child welfare. Currently, Joanne serves as a Supervisory Leadership Specialist for CCTA. She provides training, coaching, curriculum development, and technical assistance to the Central Region in a variety of practice areas.
