  • Convene the Regional IFMH Steering Committee

  • Conduct a regional training inventory involving six to seven key agency stakeholders by March 2012
  • December, 2011 - March, 2012
  • Convene Interagency Training Council

  • Develop a two-year Interagency IFECMH Training Plan (or syllabus) by June 2012 to include schedules, format, learning objectives and venues for six didactic training sessions in year 1 and an additional six in year 2.
  • May, 2012
  • Complete marketing and recruitment materials for the Foundations of Infant mental Health Training Program, and publicize trainings.
  • June - August, 2012
  • Launch the “Foundations of Infant Mental Health” Training Program and offer a minimum of twelve large scale training sessions (six per year) to include small, reflective practice learning pods.
  • September, 2012 - May, 2014
  • Conduct evaluation and assessment of learning objectives met for each of the didactic trainings and small group learning pods.
  • September, 2012 - May, 2014
  • Guide up to 20 individuals in year 1 and 30 in year 2 towards endorsement in infant-family early childhood mental health.
