About the Workshops

Professional development workshops are not traditional University courses. Students may earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from some workshops, but not Weighted Teaching Units (WTUs) that would be applicable to a credit-bearing degree, certificate, or credential program. Students can receive either "credit" or "no credit" for professional development workshops. Completed workshops are added to students' professional development transcripts. Instructors are not expected to assign midterms or final exams for professional development workshops.

Often, classes are scheduled on weekday evenings and/or weekends.
