Our Approach

We use the case study method in which real-world events are analyzed through the lens of the skills, tools, and techniques taught in our courses.

First made popular at the Harvard Business School, the case study approach helps us derive general principles that we can use to make our organizations more efficient and effective. The Thunderbolt case study will be used throughout the course.

  • Using highly interactive team exercises, students learn effective project management tools and techniques.
  • This popular and entertaining case study is always a hit, and participants love the surprise ending.
