Students may register for classes using MyFresnoState.
NOTE: Due to the restricted nature of this program, classes are not searchable by subject. For example, (referencing the screenshot below) the "Search" function will not display PMHNP classes. Students must use the "Enter Class Nbr" field to locate and register for classes.
Each class has a five-digit class number (e.g. "74567") that can be used in that field. View the Schedule of Courses page for class numbers for the current term.
Enrollment in PMHNP classes is restricted. In order to enroll, students must be on a pre-approved roster. Authorized students will be notified by their program coordinator when registration is available for each class.
Payments for PMHNP classes are always due within 24 hours of online registration, unless otherwise notified by your program coordinator or a Continuing and Global Education staff member. Use the instructions on the page below to pay for your PMHNP classes:
Refunds and Petitions
Refer to the Schedule of Courses page for refund and petition policies that are applicable to this program.
Students may obtain full refunds if they drop their classes prior to the first day of class.
One of two refund policies will apply after a class has begun:
- No refund will be available if the class is four calendar days in length or less.
- A 65% refund will be available for a limited time if the class is at least five calendar days in length. Specific refund deadlines for each class in the current PMHNP cohort are available on the Schedule of Courses page. No refunds will be available after the indicated deadlines.
Students who wish to withdraw and obtain a refund after the refund deadlines may petition the Executive Director of Continuing and Global Education. Petitions will only be granted if there is evidence of a serious and compelling reason for the student's withdrawal (e.g. military service, jury duty, serious injury, etc.). A detailed explanation and supporting documentation must be provided. The Executive Director will evaluate petitions on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund or petition, please complete a Program Change/Refund form (available on the Forms page) and submit it to Continuing and Global Education. The form must be received by Continuing and Global Education on or before the refund deadline.
