申請方式

1. 在Cal State Apply提交在線申請並用信用卡支付$70美金申請費（費用不退）。 或者, 提交紙質申請Paper Application. 為避免信息有誤，請在線填寫表格並打印。於https://commerce.cashnet.com/fresnoem_ISSP支付$70 美金申請費（費用不退）。或者使用現金支票、個人匯票或銀行匯票支付。收款人為"California State University, Fresno"。

2. 英文能力證明（請將考試成績單復印件與其他申請材料壹同提交）。 成績要求：托福 – 61 iBT 或 雅思 6.0 或 平均分5.5以上。

3. 成績單原件或公證復印件： 本科申請: 所有高中成績及英文翻譯件。 本科轉學申請: 所有大學成績及英文翻譯件。

4. 畢業證復印件（如可提供）。

5. 體現有能力支付至少壹學年學習生活的經濟能力證明（最近6個月內），具體費用請參考學雜費預算表。

6. 護照個人信息頁復印件。

7. 個人陳述信。
