*NEW* Fresno State's Diversity in Study Abroad Grant

Fresno State's Diversity in Study Abroad Grant offers funds to Fresno State undergraduate students of limited financial means to pursue academic studies abroad. Qualified students may receive up to the full cost of eligible study abroad program fees from the Division of Continuing and Global Education. 

Student Eligibility

  • Undergraduate student attending Fresno State
  • Be accepted to a study abroad program for at least four weeks (28 days) in one country
  • Have demonstrated financial need

Selection Criteria

  • Students from diverse backgrounds;
  • First generation college students;
  • Students with documented financial need;
  • Students going to non-traditional countries, especially those outside Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand;
  • Academic potential of the program to progress the student towards graduation

Application Process

Deadlines:
Summer – April 7
Fall – May 19
Spring – October 28
