How to Apply

Each program will have a different application, so there is no one size fits all when it comes to applying to study abroad. Generally speaking there will be a series of documents and forms that will need to be submitted to the appropriate office or department. In some cases, the application process can involve essays, transcripts and letters of recommendation.

The first step in applying to study abroad is to select study abroad program to participate on. General and specific information regarding the types of study abroad programs can be found under the “programs” section of the website.

Once the program has been selected, students should review the eligibility requirements, application requirements and application deadlines to make sure they meet the requirements and understand the application process.

Along the way, students are encouraged to work with the staff at SAIE to help navigate program selection and application processes.
