Dr. Sarah Lam is the Assistant Vice President for International Affairs. Dr. Lam has more than 20 years of experience as a faculty member at Fresno State training advisers and counselors in both mental health and educational settings. She has served roles as program coordinator and administrator in higher education. She has experience in international recruitment, study abroad, and intensive English programs services. Dr. Lam has been an international student at Fresno State from Hong Kong and participated in study abroad in Spain from the U.S. She speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin.
