teaching skills.
The links in the right column are to CD-ROM based or online training courses. The software is designed to be loaded onto the hard drive of your personal computer from a CD. These courses may also be taken online and the only requirement is high speed Internet access. Courses are offered cooperatively by California State University, Fresno and Virtual Education Software, Inc. (VESI).
These self-paced computer training courses are easy to operate. If you can turn on a computer, you can run these programs! Instructor access for technical or professional questions is easily provided by toll-free phone or email.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES FOR VESI
This course may be taken online or as a CD-ROM. If you wish to take this course online, high speed internet is required. The software for the CD-ROM based course is designed to be loaded onto the hard drive of your personal computer from a CD. Requirements for a CD-ROM course: the software operates on a Macintosh with OS 9.x or OS 10.x, or a PC with Windows 2000, XP Home, Professional or newer; 256 MB of RAM and 5MB of free hard disk space, 15 inch or larger color monitor with a minimum resolution of 800x600, CD driver with 4x minimum speed and a printer connected to your computer.
Refund Policy for Online and CD-ROM Courses
Online Courses – Once you log onto the course, no refund is available. Prior to logging on, you may request a refund using the Program/Change Form found on the following web site: http://csufresno.edu/cge/forms. Refund request must be received within 30 days of the registration date. Refunds will be processed once we receive verification from our partner, Virtual Education Software, Inc., that the course has not been accessed online. For CD-ROM courses, all materials must be returned to our partner, Virtual Education Software, Inc. unused in order to receive a refund. Refunds, less $10 processing fee will be mailed within four to six weeks of approval.
