An extensive list of website references is provided for teachers who wish to gain more knowledge of this inspirational portion of the language arts program. Teachers will explore sources for finding special poetry for specific occasions, ideas for integrating poetry into the general curriculum, and poetry lesson plans.

Teachers and students will explore a range of poetic forms including Clerihew, Ballad, Limerick, Haiku, Diamante, Cinquain, and more.
