You are in the official 2006-2007 General Catalog
for California State University, Fresno.
Each student enrolled in the ROTC Advanced Course and who completes
the 21 units (19 upper -division) necessary for commissioning
will be eligible for the award of a Minor in Military Science.
Coordination with the department faculty adviser is required.

Note: The Military Science Minor also requires a 2.0 GPA and
6 upper-division units in residence.
Professional Military Education Requirements (PME).
In addition to the required courses above, students in the ROTC
Advanced Course must fulfill prescribed professional military
education requirements by satisfactorily completing courses in
written communication, human behavior, military history, and computer
literacy. Students must obtain approval from their military science
department faculty adviser to ensure their planned course of study
will satisfy this requirement prior to graduation and commissioning.
