Peter Robertson (BA '92, MA '95, MBA '05) LEGACY
A three-time graduate of Fresno State, Peter Robertson has worked at his alma mater
since Feb. 2002. He oversees the fundraising, marketing and public relations aspects
of the Fresno State Alumni Association, as well its class notes, website and bi-annual
magazine submissions. Robertson also assists with engaging and recognizing alumni
through strategic regional events, email correspondence and social media outlets.

Two of his most noteworthy campus projects include creating the award-winning and internationally-recognized student-produced video contest, “I am Fresno State!” plus establishing an endowed student scholarship known as the Bulldog Pride Fund.
In 2011, Robertson was presented the “Spirit of Caring Award” from HandsOn California and a Presidential Volunteer Service award from Barack Obama, as well as a prestigious Top Dog Alumnus Award – the Arthur Safstrom Service Award – by the Fresno State Alumni Association for his “service to Fresno State and the community.” The following year, he the “Spirit of Service Award,” presented to a Fresno State staff member. In 2013, Robertson was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
He serves on the board of directors of Fresno Reel Pride, volunteers with Team 200 of the Fresno Grand Opera; and was a member of Leadership Fresno: Class XXV, a program sponsored by the Greater Area Fresno Chamber of Commerce. Look for him in his “Bulldog Red” Mustang convertible – with the license plate “BD PRIDE.”
