Request a Digital Logo File
The logos are available through the Office of University Communications. To request a digital logo file, email brand@csufresno.edu. To check for any updates to the visual identity standards please refer back to this website.
Preformatted university logos can be downloaded in a zip file.

Zimbra Email Signature Logo
If you would like to add the new logo to your Zimbra signature follow the steps below:
- Click on the "Preferences" tab at the top of Zimbra.
- On the left side, click on "Signatures" under the Mail heading.
- On the right side, select "Format as HTML" from the drop down menu.
- Click in the edit field where you would like the image to be placed.
- At the top of the edit window, click on the 2nd icon from the right, titled "Insert Image via url".
- When prompted enter the following url; http://www.fresnostate.edu/ucomm/brand/images/Signature.jpg
- Click add and save.
University Electronic Letterhead
Campus units may now use a template for electronic letterhead that also may be used for printing from the user's desktop or office printer.
Customized templates for each campus unit are available from University Communications upon request. The letterhead templates have the new logo at the top and a footer with department personalization at the bottom. These fields are unalterable.
Customized templates for each campus unit are available from University Communications upon request. The templates allow each campus unit to compose and print correspondence on desktop or department printers in color using standard copy paper. To request an electronic (email) letterhead template customized for your department, program, institute etc., email brand@csufresno.edu.
Please note that the electronic letterhead does not contain the University seal.The generic universitywide electronic letterhead can be downloaded as a word document, here.

Certificate Templates for Participation, Recognition or Accomplishment
A template for approved certificates of participation, recognition or accomplishment using the Fresno State logo may be downloaded below. Certificates blanks for academic achievement with the Academic Seal may be obtained from Printing Services.
