*Circuit Training: Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body. 

*Couch to 5k: Build endurance and speed as we gradually train for a 5k race at the end of the semester. For runners of all abilities!

*Yoga: A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.

 *Pilates: Utilizes non-impact exercises that target the core and develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.
