STAR Day is designed to commemorate the end of a successful year, promote staff development and recognize the accomplishments of our campus staff. The event will include a welcome breakfast, keynote speaker, professional development workshops, a service recognition awards ceremony, staff luncheon and a vendor fair.
Hosted by President Joseph I. Castro and Mary Castro, this year’s welcome breakfast will be a great start to a celebratory day.
The morning kickoff will feature a dynamic keynote speaker “Tracy Knofla” and focus on celebrating continuous collaboration throughout the day and across our campus.
A variety of personal and professional development workshops will be offered throughout the day providing a multitude of meaningful development opportunities.
50th Annual Service Awards Luncheon
The Service Awards Luncheon & Presentation will celebrate and recognize the milestones, achievements and contributions made by our staff over the past year.
Ask questions and get answers from a variety of vendors including: benefits providers, office suppliers and wellness representatives from the community. Visit with vendors and walk away with gifts.
Tracy Knofla wrap the day with one final breakout session focusing on effectively putting into practice the lessons learned throughout the day. Rootbeer floats will be served and final raffle held for all who attend.
