 *Pilates: Utilizes non-impact exercises that target the core and develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

*Sculpt: Get ready to sculpt, tone, and burn calories with a variety of aerobic & resistance exercises that provide a challenging new workout every week, including HIIT, circuits, kickboxing, and more.

*Yoga: A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.

**Circuit Training: Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body. 

 *High Fitness: Incorporates interval training with music you love and intense, yet easy-to-follow choreography to produce a high caloric burn and full body toning. **5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
