 *Pilates: Utilizes non-impact exercises that target the core and develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

*Mindfulness: Mindfulness includes meditation, relaxation, and other ways to de-stress and enjoy the present moment. You do not need a change of clothes; we will be working the mind, not the body.

*Yoga: A mind-body practice that combines gentle stretching exercises, controlled breathing, relaxation techniques and restorative poses.

*Circuit Training: Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body.
