Activity classes and ongoing physical wellness programs help support a healthy and high performing workforce.  All programs incorporate a team element to encourage social support and ongoing participation.

 *Mindfulness: Mindfulness includes many different types of meditation, relaxation, and other ways to de-stress and enjoy the present moment. Sessions vary from mindfulness scripts read aloud, body scan narratives, and easy desk stretching. You do not need a change of clothes; we will be working the mind, not the body. Bringing a yoga mat is encouraged for comfortable seating, but is not required.

*Circuit Training: Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body.

 

Aquatics Classes (Beginning July 2nd)

AQUA BOOTCAMP: The "water gym" is the place to be! This moderate to high intensity class is designed to improve cardio conditioning through alternating strength, balance and core training segments.


WATER AEROBICS: Build muscle and reduce body fat in this fun, high energy, low impact class!


AQUA TABATA: Aqua Tabata will utilize short bursts of high intense exercises with rest periods to increase your heart rate and burn fat. All fitness levels are welcome! (This class will not meet July 4th.)


SWIM FOR FITNESS: (Starting July 12th, M-TH, 5:00 - 6:00 PM)
Improve your sprint and endurance levels with a progressive workout tailored to your skill level. All levels welcome.
