Discover a Healthy U

Register today for this semester's NEW Transformation Challenge!

At Fresno State we aspire to achieve work-life balance by incorporating health and wellness into the everyday lives of our community members. This semester's challenge focuses on working with your team to earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes, and reaching personal goals (see below for list of all activities and point values).  Weekly newsletters will encourage participants with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings, and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activities completed.  Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of 5 employees.

The Transformation Challenge officially starts October 16 and runs through December 1.  Winners will be announced at our wellness luncheon for all participants in early spring.  Register now through October 13, and call our office or email Katie Williamson (kwilliamson@csufresno.edu) for any questions.
