Learning for Excellence And Development (LEAD)
Supported by the President’s Cabinet through its Strategic Planning Priorities of "Developing Our University Community” in the Strategic Plan for Excellence IV: 2011-2015, LEAD was founded to provide the whole university with a comprehensive professional development program.
The objective of LEAD is to enhance knowledge and core competencies through practical learning and skills enhancement in five learning areas or "Tracks." Most workshops are interactive and will engage participants in a variety of learning styles including presentations, case studies and discussion. A combination of external professionals and seasoned University content experts will facilitate the workshops.
Fresno State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing any type of accommodation or have questions about the physical access provided, please call the Office of Human Resources at 559-278-2032 in advance of your participation or visit.
