The mission of the Department of Human Resources is to enhance the university community by attracting, retaining, and supporting a quality workforce in its effort to provide an excellent educational program for our students.
To achieve this mission, Human Resources offers learning and development opportunities open to all faculty, staff and managers. Courses and workshops both on-line and instructor led that are available to the university community include sessions on recruiting, problem-solving through win-win resolution, coping with difficult people, diversity, documenting discipline, customer service, time management, and career development.
