What is the Office of Employee Assistance?

As much as we’d like to separate our work life from our personal concerns it is often difficult to do. Employee Assistance serves as a resource to provide confidential, professional assistance to aid employees and their families in resolving concerns that affect their personal lives or job performance.

The mission of the program is to: enhance the quality of life for Fresno State faculty and staff; improve personal and organizational effectiveness; and create a healthier campus community by providing mental health assessment and referral, group development facilitation, and educational and training programs.
