Classification & Compensation
The Classification & Compensation programs in Human Resources relate to job classifications for staff and to wages/salaries for all non-instructional positions including management.
Staff should consult their respective collective bargaining agreement for specific procedures governing compensation and classification.
Compensation includes management requests for promotions of staff, reviewing proposed salary changes, establishing starting wages or salaries in conjunction with management and making recommendations to management on pay rates in general.
