There are several types of medical leave of absences that may be granted to employees depending on the circumstances.

Family & Medical Leaves
- Self
- Care for eligible family member
- Birth, adoption, foster care
- Military (wounded service member or Qualifying Exigency)
- NonIndustrial Disability (NDI) Leave

Catastrophic Donated Leave
- Self
- Care for eligible family member
- Organ Donor- in development
- Parental Leave Maternity/Paternity/Adoption Leave
- Long Term Disability Leave (LTD) [Unit 1, 3, 4, and MPP]
