Employee Climate Survey

Administrative Services has completed two Employee Climate Surveys since Fall 2008. We do this to evaluate the work environment of each of the units within the division as they relate to our core values. The goal is to utilize the feedback to improve our work climate and integrate employee input into division-wide planning.
