There are certain requirements that need to be met if you are having a special event on campus. Please see the Use of University Buildings and Grounds (Grounds Use) section of the Manual of Administrative Policies and Procedures (MAPP) for detailed information.

- University Police /Parking and Transportation Services
- Office of Environmental Health and Safety, Risk Management and Sustainability

- Scheduling Office
