University Policies Manual website provides a comprehensive reference of the most current university-wide, Administrative policies issued by California State University, Fresno. A policy is established by the University President in consultation with faculty, managers, and students depending on the nature of the policy. The University Policies Manual (UPM) is updated as new or revised policies are issued and is subject to change at any time.
